Refund policy

We want you to be happy. And all children are unique. That's why we always offer 30 days exchange or return when you shop from us.

As a customer, you are responsible for unpacking and checking that the products in your package are as expected within 7 days of receiving the goods. If you experience any issues, please contact our customer service. Please see below for how to handle returns.

You generally have 1 year warranty on all products. If the manufacturer specifically listed another warranty time, that applies.

In the case of disagreements, we follow the Swedish consumer advocates "Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden" recommendations.

Returns (return or exchange)

In the case of a return, the goods shall be returned in its original condition. The product must be unused and have original packaging and labels/tags. Do not write or stick anything directly on the original packaging.

You pay the shipping yourself on return. In case of exchange, we offer shipping of the new item. Use the discount code on your return slip which is valid for 30 days from your purchase. Have you bought your item on a campaign that has now ended? Contact our customer service and we will help you adjust the price afterwards on your new order.

When returning, follow the steps below:

1. Fill in the return slip that you will find in your package or here and put it down together with the goods you wish to return, either in the packaging you received your goods in or in other packaging. Seal well.

2. Address to us and hand in to your nearest post office. You pay shipping yourself.

Note! As a customer, you are responsible for your return reaching us. Note the package ID on the package that you send back to us and ask your agent for a receipt when you hand in the package.

You always receive a confirmation via email as soon as your return is received and processed.

We will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item (regardless of whether you choose to order new items or not). You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back and we will not reimburse the original shipping cost. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods. This is done by using the discount code on your return slip when ordering the new item.
